all u do is go to LA and use absinthe and walk thru the portal. u go into a small area like where u fight doppleganger but u do a easy quest (i had no healing) and the mad kings father in a casket gives you this item alled construction. i used it and last night my armour was glowing halloween colors, but it was gone this morning. i redid the same quest and got it again. so thats how u do it if u see me or any1 else.

Hate to break it to you but its a graphical glitch, happens to me every now and again for no particular reason, and will last quite often up until you log off. No trick to it, and your the only one who will see it.
